Return Policy:
APP & ONLINE PURCHASES:
Online & APP orders: Refunds will be processed in the form of a store credit (commentsold account credit), applied to the original account that purchased the order. Your online credit can be used on any future online/app purchase, it NEVER expires.
If you are a shipper, Jenna's Just-In Boutique cannot be held liable for any issues with shipping or delays after the package has left our facility.
PLEASE INSPECT all items as soon as you receive them and let us know within 3 days of receipt of item if there are ANY defects or issues with the order, as we take great pride in handling your product with care. Anything beyond this will result in a fortfeit of return outside our 10 day online return window.
How do you know if you're eligible for a return?
Items must be: unworn, unwashed and in original packing. ( No pet hair or odors-smoke, etc)
We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.
You may ship your returns back to the store after getting an authorization from the store. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the customer receives damaged or incorrect item, in which Case Jenna's Just-In Boutique would cover the cost of shipping.
In store Purchases: 30 days to return or exchange for a full price item, in original selling condition, with tags or packaging still attached.
